Created a design package for an alpine chalet in preparation for planning including floor plans and 3D visuals.

Developed several new home design schemes; planning of overall site layout; design of all houses on site, internal floor plans, exterior facades, internal and external material and render choices, design of site landscaping.

Prepared and completed design planning packages for housing developments that ranged from 8 to 120 houses, whilst working alongside an architectural technician.

Removed the need to outsource 3D visualisation within the company by self-teaching Google Sketch-up.

Upgraded and modernised the companies branding image and marketing to attract a wider range of clients; re-design of the company website and points of sale.

Received 99% positive feedback when meeting with new and existing clients to determine their requirements.

Co-ordinated and monitored the work of both contractors and suppliers for 98% on-time delivery.
